Very impressive, comfortable and very good service, there was a problem with the stove and AC but it was immediately fixed and everything is working well 🥰

I'm a regular at this property for family gatherings, and I always do. But this time, I was disappointed. I booked a 3-BR penthouse, but was given two different rooms, without prior confirmation that the rooms were under renovation. It wasn't about the price, but I needed to be with my family, and we ended up sleeping in different rooms. Overall, it's still the best, keep up the good work, Puri Darmo Resident.

The room facilities are quite complete and spacious.

Since 2022, my child's birthday was here until now, I often stay here even though it's close to home 😂 but this is the first time at night there was a man's voice while we were staying overnight without a man until finally my husband called me and asked me to come to my apartment and ask him to accompany me to sleep, sorry but this is my experience last night 🙏🏻

The hotel staff is very friendly and nice.

The room was clean, but when I first stayed there, I got a really old room, the bed was uncomfortable, the room and bathroom were really old.

Friendly staff, the room has a separate kitchen area from the living room and bedroom so you can cook food for the children like at home.

Pros: Big livingroom, diningroom, master BR. The rooms look decent though some wall paper are peeling. Washing machine and AC are working. Cons: AC was leaking badly in one of the BR, refrigerator is warm. We stayed in Puri Dharmo 15 years ago and was great. Now the building has gotten old, tennis court is not functioning, basketball court has uneven flooring and dark. There is so much potential in Puri Dharmo, I hope management update the rooms.

Cons: The room given to us, the wall paper was peeling and both BR were small. The refrigerator was not cold. We looked at different rooms at different towers. Depends on different rooms and different towers, some rooms are in better/ worse condition than others. Refrigerators were not cold in all rooms. One night there was a cockroach (kecoak) in master bathroom. Sliding door in second bathroom is not closing. Pro: Spacious livingroom, bright, AC working, nice swimming pool. Washing machine worked, though might leak. Breakfast was great, good quantity too. Puri Dharmo has good location, spacious living rooms, great staff, lots of potential. Too bad building is old, rooms and appliances are old. I hope an investor comes and renew Puri Dharmo.

2nd time staying here....in general the room is quite good, but please note before determining the room for the customer, check first whether the facilities in the room are adequate (what I experienced was the stove ran out of LPG), the AC in one of the rooms was not cold at all, and the bottom of the refrigerator was not cold, another one for some reason the floor in the room was very slippery. Please pay attention again for the comfort of visitors. Thank you

Satisfied, super spacious room, although the building is old but the condition is still good, complete room facilities, bathrooms up to 4, washing machine, cooking and eating utensils are quite complete and many. The AC is well maintained and very cold. The facilities are quite complete, there is a clean swimming pool, there is a sauna and you can soak in hot water too. Minus: - There is no hotel WiFi connection either in public areas or in the room which is actually not a problem but can be a plus for the facilities - I think the room facilities, especially the pillows, are lacking (there are only 2 standard size head pillows in each room without a bolster pillow)

The hotel is very old and poorly maintained, so it's a bit scary.
