Friendly staff, cool place too

Overall good, friendly staff, just needs to be maintained.

It's really nice here, and the staff are very friendly. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the outside is top-notch. It's also very cool, and the view is truly spectacular, with views of Gepang and Salak. 😋

The hotel staff is friendly. Check-in can be quicker if there's no room. The atmosphere is chill, the views are beautiful, and the evening atmosphere is pleasant. The kids loved the pool. It was a pleasant stay. However, the villa options are older.

The facilities were complete, with cooking utensils and cutlery provided. The TV worked well and the signal was strong. However, because I stayed in a room at the end of the building, the Wi-Fi signal was a bit unstable. I hope to add a water heater in the future to make your stay even more comfortable. Thank you!

Comfortable, but the Wi-Fi is not very good.

Maybe for glamping, the blanket can be thicker like a bedcover, because with very cold weather the blanket facility is thin.

Access from the highway is not that far, to Masada the road is uphill, to the glamping is at the very top, the vehicle must be in good condition, the glamping is good, there is a water dispenser, an en-suite bathroom with a water heater is really nice, the price is cheap and you get complete facilities. The night view is unbeatable, it's really great. It's really cold at night, you have to order a campfire. The downside is there are insects at night, I like to go into the glamping, which is normal because there are lots of trees in the forest. Next time I'll come here again.

Absolutely everything was amazing. The service, the location, the rooms, the access, the price, the swimming pool, and the playground. Everyone was absolutely delighted.

The atmosphere is cool, the staff is friendly, the rooms are okay, but the TV is not a smart TV yet and the channels are still limited, the wifi is also fast.

Very comfortable, quiet, and far from the noise. If I ever go to Puncak again, I'll definitely stay here.
