Very friendly staff and very easy access anywhere.

I've stayed here several times. It's one of my favorite hotels when I visit Bandung. Its strategic location, cleanliness, and delicious food are its strengths.

This hotel is recommended, especially for a hotel rate of around 700,000 Rupiah. Many hotels in Bandung nowadays rely solely on aesthetic design and charge high rates. The hotel's design is beautiful, the cleanliness is excellent, the sheets and towels are clean, the beds are large enough, the staff are friendly, the swimming pool is quite good, the amenities are good, the internet and TV are good, and the location is great. However, there are only a few rooms with city and mountain views, so those without a view are definitely disappointing. Luckily, yesterday I got a room with a great view. Parking is also limited, but the parking staff were very helpful. Another plus was that I was able to check in at 2 PM without a long wait and received a welcome drink in the lobby. If there's one thing that could be improved, it's the hot water temperature, which is still a bit lacking.

Nice. Clean. Warm pool with mountain views. The room was also very comfortable, with a separate toilet and bathroom. I'd love to go back there again next time to just lie down.

The location is very strategic, but there are many drawbacks: 1. You can still hear noise from outside (at 4 a.m., my phone alarm went off, I don't know which room it was in, and I didn't turn it off. ☹️☹️) 2. I didn't book a lower-level room, but I was only given one key. There's no key for the electricity, and you have to use a key to access the elevator. It's really complicated to get GoFood, for example. If you want to add a card, you have to pay a 200,000 IDR deposit (that's really expensive??!!) 3. Parking and the space for getting on and off in the lobby are cramped.

It was a pleasant experience, the hotel staff was friendly, the room was spacious and clean, the food was delicious and I got a nice view of the mountains.

Strategic location, plenty of restaurants and food stalls. Easy access to public transportation. Comfortable King Koil beds. However, the shower room is uncomfortable because it's too small and the hangers are loose, making it difficult to hang clothes or towels. Cleanliness also needs to be improved. The children's pool has warm water.

Holidays with family are much better

For me, the room is actually okay. However, please renovate the bathroom partition. I mean, there shouldn't be a privacy barrier between the bed and the bathroom. And the shower and closet shouldn't be separated like that. The guest toilet in the lobby, please make sure it's clean and bright because I saw a lot of used tissue and it's a little dark inside. Also, for the parking service in the lobby, make sure the staff is kind and patient. My husband missed his explanation for parking our car, and the second time I asked him again about how to park here, he said, "Okay, if you don't believe me." I think a parking attendant shouldn't say that, just say, "Yes, sir, if I may, I'll help you park so you and your mother can rest soon. I'll give you a parking card."
