The hotel staff are very friendly, both at the reception, security, restaurant and room service. The rooms are clean, and the location is close to culinary spots. It was a pleasure to stay at the Luminor Hotel. I will definitely come back.

My stay at the Luminor Hotel in Jambi was very pleasant. The room was clean, and the toilet was super comfortable, making me want to take a shower all the time. The breakfast was also very complete.
