Wandered around for a long time to find it. Poor food service in the room. Don't recommend staying here.

My family came here and had a great experience. The space is green and cool with lots of things to play. The two kids really enjoyed going to see the animals at the safari.

The hotel has a team of enthusiastic and polite staff, my family is very satisfied. But there are a few mosquitoes, need to fix.

Tới nơi đã là 3h chiều nên mọi người vội đi chơi không kịp xem qua phòng. Tới tối về tắm rửa mới biết là không có bồn tắm. Cũng có nói chuyện qua lại với lễ tân khách sạn, nói chung các bạn đã có nhận lỗi mình thật sự cảm thấy cách làm việc chưa được thật sự chuyên nghiệp và làm hài lòng khách hàng. Còn về phòng ốc thì sạch sẽ ok Có mấy bạn phục vụ ở bên nhà hàng cũng dễ thương, nhiệt tình. Đồ ăn thì không đa dạng lắm nhưng ăn hợp khẩu vị, khá là ngon, giá cả cũng hợp lý. Riêng về buffet sáng thì rất ít món vì khách sạn bảo là ít khách nên không làm nhiều món. Ăn buffet sáng thì tạm ổn,bình thường. Các dịch vụ khác ngoài khách sạn như vui chơi giải trí và tham quan vườn thú thì gia đình mình chi trả như khách ngoài vào chơi, không có giảm giá.

On the first day, the hotel service was very good, but on the 2nd day when the number of tourists came to the east, the service was too slow, I ordered food from 3pm, 7h dinner appointment, and had to wait until 7:45 am to have food. Hotels need to improve service quality.
