The location is right in the city center, but the Grab points are sometimes off-kilter, making it a bit difficult to find. The shower needs repair.

Strategic location and friendly staff

The location is nice and comfortable. The staff are friendly. However, the fines are too high. Then, if you come home late at night, the access is closed or there's a portal, so you have to go around.

Overall, it's not bad, and it's close to my office and events. The room has a decent view of the building. The reviews are true; at night, you can hear music from across the street.

At 1:30 a.m., people were sleeping, and the staff was fixing the bathroom next door, knocking constantly, and it was very disturbing. When I was packing up and checking out, I couldn't find my headphones. I asked the staff, but no one knew.

This place is strategic for those who have events around SCBD, Senayan, Senopati & surrounding areas. Yesterday I chose a standard room (the cheapest & only 1 room, on the ground floor next to the garage), there is a refrigerator, queen size bed, wardrobe, dressing table.. it's okay in terms of facilities, unfortunately the bathroom is very small & there is no jetspray. When I arrived, I had to think a bit when I wanted to flush & c*b*k because the water valve was turned off hahaha if you don't understand bathroom water matters you might be confused.. but overall, the room is okay for resting, sleeping & taking a shower.
