I've traveled a lot in my life and never stayed in a hotel this bad. I can't understand how a hotel on Pham Van Dong Street, Son Tra, so big, valuable, and impressive-looking, with a high-rise building, could operate like this? Booking through the app was terrible!
The water smelled of oil, the dryer was broken, the exhaust fan was malfunctioning, and everything was dirty from the lobby to the dining and living areas. The beds and rooms were infested with ants, and the sheets were filthy. The walls were peeling, dirty, and the furnishings were old and worn. The staff's attitude was like the hotel owner owed them wages; they roughly threw things around while clearing breakfast dishes right next to guests eating. They left the trash can on a shelf in front of the fan, blowing air onto the table where guests were eating. The cups, glasses, and utensils were filthy like those at a street food stall. The receptionists ignored guests, not even looking up when guests entered the lobby or exited the elevator, let alone greeting or smiling! Honestly, if I hadn't had to pay for 5 consecutive days, I would have left immediately. No wonder they're losing customers. Guests have been leaving reviews for the past 5 years, but the hotel seems completely unconcerned!
