The room is somewhat small in size. There was also a faint smoking stench when the aircon is turned on, which is worsened in a room with no window. The hotel needs to pay more attention to the air quality. Soundproofing was acceptable, but the decor was dull (with grey cement on the wall) at the head of the bed, which worsens the brightness of a windowless room. In the bathroom, the knob to turn the shower on needs some fiddling and understanding, as it looks different from a usual knob. Paid SGD48+ for one Saturday night, which is somewhat overpriced for the room size I got.

The staff, especially Ms. Mimi, went the extra mile to assist us in obtaining Grab services twice because we don't have the Grab app. The room was a little squeezy but cozy; however, the only issue is the noise from the renovation work happening at the neighboring building. Luckily, it stopped at 6 PM, and that will give us a peaceful sleep. It is close by to many eating houses and a mosque.

Someone was knocking on my door at midnight, my door was also broken halfway, so I had to come down.

As far as three parking spaces for hotel guests only, after that you have to pay using a parking ticket, very bad, disappointing

There are steps in my room not what was shown on the pictures. The problem was it is inconvenient for my mum to climb the stairs to the toilet. She nearly fall over.

At first check in everything seemed good and okay. But when going to bed it was revealed that this hotel is very noisy. You will not be able to sleep all night. They do laundry from midnight to 8 am can still be heard. We complained so that the laundry activity could be stopped but it was ignored. Even in the morning the staff's voices were clearly heard from the room. They do not provide comfortable sleep for guests. It turns out that most of the reviews on Google are about noise pollution. Unfortunately I didn't read it first there. Not recommended to stay here for those who need a comfortable rest at night.
