When we called the receptionist to ask for something, there was no response because no one was on standby. Two other hotel staff members were present, and we saw them sitting and playing games. We requested that the room be swept and mopped, but because the prayer room was being used for prayer, and the floor was sticky and unclean, the staff only swept the floor and swept the trash without using a dustpan. The service was not commensurate with the price.

staff were friendly, especially the man in the dining area. wifi was good. room had mould on the ceiling and there was a large crack in the glass door to the balcony. the bathroom was in poor repair. it looks like the ceiling has had a new ceiling put in but not completed. water pressure was poor. a large amount of corrosion was present on the shower head along with some make shift repairs with a cable tie.
