The room was spacious. I love their bed, I can sleep peacefully. They also provide us with all bathroom amenities. Minor issue, their conditioner looks and feel the same as body lotion but they are different.

Overall satisfied staying at Amari Hotel Johor Bahru. The hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast has a lot of menus and is delicious. Strategic location in front of the hotel there is a place to eat. If I go to JB, I will definitely stay here again.

It is an alright stay. Only stayed for 1 night. The bedsheet has a little stain on it which we didn't care much of it. We stayed at level 8 which was the same level as the pool and the gym. Therefore it was convenient for us. The service was fast to check in and out. The staffs there were polite. You can chill at TWG near the reception area.

A very nice hotel. Very therapeutic hotel with great smell. Room was very comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was first class with life band (2 piece band). The staf was respectful and efficient as well as friendly. Overall, it 's an awesome experience.

Great location and comfortable room.

The booking over the app here was very misleading. As it is shown as Twin Deluxe and was mentioned in their description as only 1 bed, so technically we thought is a 1 large bed and we booked and we even wrote in the comment upon booking to verify this. But nobody gets back and only upon checking in it then say is a twin bed. They are unable to change for us besides joining the 2 single beds together only. Overall the staycation is still not so bad, but not for the food (breakfast buffet).

The hotel staff are great, especially those in restaurant. They were polite, responsive & courteous. I would like to highlight especially two of them Mr. Helem & Mr. Shah. The personnels at the reception, bell boys & security stall are very helpful. Your hotel excellent service make our stay a memorable one.
