On New Year's Eve, the music could be heard all the way to the second floor. I booked 3 weeks before the big day to get the top room, but when I got there, it was a dud. During breakfast, there was a chicken butcher who didn't seem to like me. Maybe it was just my feeling, but why was there such favoritism? Did the lady next to me offer me a room? Was it because I looked like a maid? I was just wearing a house dress and it was appropriate..? Other than that, everything was fine. Sorry for the long story, but honestly, it was my first time staying at a hotel with my family. We're from the village, so we had to use it, but I paid for it.

My second stay at the Atrium Premiere Cilacap Hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. Perhaps two guest keys could be provided, as the elevator requires a card tap. It's quite a hassle going down and there are still people waiting in the room. The smoking area near the pool needs to be reviewed, as there are many children swimming and people smoking casually nearby.

The location is easily accessible, the staff are friendly. Easy check-in/out, and the facilities are good. Security is good, and the valet parking attendants are very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

We're love being here for 3 night... The room is clean n smells good,the staffs are also kind esp for room cleaning 👍🏻👍🏻 for the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variation to choose.... The hotel was peaceful and calm but sometimes we're heard a little bit noisy sound from the around of our room I thought because our room in the corner... The whole thing was ok n think we'll going back to stay here if we are coming to Cilacap... Thank you Atrium Premiere Hotel🙏🏻

A hotel in the city center close to restaurants (PH and McD). The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean...but the AC dripped water in the morning when I checked out.

All the staff and employees are friendly and very helpful. The parking area could be enlarged because when it's full, you have to leave it at the security post. But everyone is friendly.

The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, there's very little parking, and the rooms aren't soundproof, so you can still hear music from outside. Overall, I really like the location, the price is okay, the food is delicious, and it's centrally located.
