No Hot water Water is cold Room smells bad.

The toilet/shower is not really clean. The door lock was not really working well took

No hairdryer provided and the room environment different from the pictures

Very satisfying. Mall close by. Many eateries nearby.

The toilet is dirty, the door can't be locked, the hotel room is crazy dirty 🙂

When we arrived there was no towels in the bathroom and no TV remote. In the bathroom there was no mirror and no bar to hang the towels. But overall the layout was customary there is space for bags it makes the room more spacious.

Big bed, but small room, no space to pray, shower water is great, reception is not friendly, wifi is weak, but location is great

Close to prime metro aeon malls, the hotel is clean, comfortable and has plenty to eat around the hotel.

The rooms are suitable in clean photos and the area around many food places.

The hotel had met my expectation and were comfortable during my stay. It wasn't as bad as other reviews mentioned about. All was good except there were no response from hotel side on my room upgrade request.

Ugly, moldy, dirty room. There were lots of tiny bugs on the bed. Checked in late night and got our earliest time in the morning. The WiFi does not work. Bathroom and the amenities are terrible. Unless you are extremely desperate otherwise make a wise choice and don’t stay here.

Terrible, so bad..... I do not recommend it to anyone.

The room is worth my money. But the receptionist don't smile.

The receptionis service was less friendly and unsatisfactory. The hotel wifi on the first day was very good but the next day was not connected anymore. Unavailability of double beds.

Poor hygiene, yellowed sheets, dirty toilet and washbasin leaks. No hot water bath, after the explanation is forgot to turn on the water heater switch. TV has problems, not remote control. The room is old and the wallpaper comes off.

Comfortable hotel, perfect for families, couples and couples.

Comfortable rooms to live in ... wifi connection is also tight, friendly hotel staff, close to foodcourt and chinese restaurant.
