overall good hotel, the only exception is they have live music on top floor (7th floor) till past midnight. Need to cancel my morning jog plan due to lack of sleep. my room was on 6th floor.

The location is strategic, close to everything, the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. However, when I checked in yesterday at 4 p.m., my room wasn't ready yet, so I had to wait for 30 minutes. But it was okay, so I could walk around the hotel while I waited.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but the room wasn't soundproof. You could hear people talking in front of you, and you could also hear the music from Bart, even though you were staying on the 5th floor and Bart was on the 7th. Everything else was fine and comfortable.

Parking space is limited, but the staff are very helpful and friendly, especially since I brought my elderly mother who uses a wheelchair.

I've stayed here several times and always received excellent service. Artotel is always my first choice when it comes to staying in Jakarta. They always give me great prices, hehe.

At first I was very disappointed with the hotel’s service for several reasons but the hotel was quick to respond and tried to provide good service to guests. However, the restaurant staff during breakfast is a bit unfriendly but so far always satisfied with the hospitally artotel group.

The hotel is very artistic and the food is also very delicious ............

So far so good, but for families staying here, it's a bit difficult to make hot water because there's no heater provided, even if we ask for one, it still can't be done 🙏🙏🙏.
