You can still enjoy the swimming pool until 10 pm.

The room smells of cigarettes, there is no Wi-Fi, the toilet is dirty and smelly, the AC in the room is broken and hot, the receptionist is slow.

Overall, there were no significant issues, but there are a few things I need to improve in the future. I stayed in a standard room with breakfast for two (probably the cheapest). Some of the shortcomings were: 1. Room: There was a difference in floor level right under the door, which caused my child and I to trip. There was no telephone for service (although there was a WhatsApp number on the door card). The spring bed was already feeling springy. There was only one small trash can. The mineral water was late in arriving. Some of the tiles were loose when stepped on. Only two tea bags were provided. The TV had no channels. 2. Bathroom: No mat, medium-sized towels (not the usual large ones), no hot water, some of the tiles were chipped. The sink and toilet taps were small. The trash can didn't have a plastic bag (I put one myself). There were two sets of toothbrushes but only one bottle of soap (usually two bottles or a pair of soap and shampoo). Hopefully, this is only in my room (because it's probably the cheapest).

For the price I got, it was quite cheap compared to other hotels. The TV didn't work because of the antenna connection. I tried asking the staff, they said it was under repair, and it turns out all the rooms are the same. All I got was two bottles of mineral water, no coffee or tea. The swimming pool was okay, but the poolside sofa was dusty. Breakfast wasn't included, so I didn't try it. For the price, if I booked 75K/person, all I got was a room and a pool. If it's for a temporary stay, it might be enough, but if you're looking for entertainment, it might be lacking. I feel sorry for the receptionist, who always apologizes every time I complain. Maybe the management can improve things.

I hope this weekend holiday with my family is fun. This is a very bad experience, starting from the lobby, it seems neglected, starting from maintenance and cleanliness. I stayed in the Grand Superior Twin room 337. Please fix it, it doesn't seem right for this to be a 4 star... Starting from the employees to the building structure. The swimming pool tiles are chipped in the children's pool, very dangerous if it hits your feet. Even the adult pool hurt my hand. The room only provides mineral water. The TV has no channels. The view of my room is TPS. There is no telephone in the room. Breakfast is still charged, I ordered plus breakfast. No Wifi. Hopefully the management can fix it..

Upon entering, the air in the room was a bit musty, the door to the back was broken, and the facilities were minimal. It was an old, neglected hotel.

The hotel is very satisfactory, but the service is satisfactory.

The road to the inn is narrow and winding. The hotel is old and in need of extensive renovation. It's probably worth the price, I guess.

The twin bed room section has been upgraded again.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are really nice, just the swimming pool area needs to be improved, otherwise it's good.

For that budget, the facilities are actually pretty good. However, the bathroom isn't very clean. There were still hairs in the drain, as if the staff hadn't cleaned it. I'd asked for a doormat in the afternoon, but it still hadn't been delivered until the next day. There's no Wi-Fi, and the TV channels are spotty. But it's okay, considering it's a budget hotel. Plus, the pool is spacious. So, for that price, it's pretty mediocre. Hopefully, Grand Mulya will continue to improve. Best of luck.

The hotel's cleanliness and appearance could be improved. While the rooms are spacious, if they're not clean, they're certainly less comfortable. Stayed on Thursday night after visiting Curug Naga in Puncak; it seemed like only two or three rooms were occupied. My son had been eyeing a fishing trip, but it turned out they weren't available. Come on, hotel management, make some improvements to make it look shiny again.

The swimming pool shower room has been repaired again, everything else is great.

Dirty hotel hallways, wet elevators, dirty bathrooms in rooms.

For that price, the hotel is very affordable. I got a room with very cold air conditioning. The shower worked well. The room was spacious. The swimming pool was large. There were rabbits too, which the kids loved playing with. The only thing lacking was cleanliness. Thank you.

The bathroom and pool areas need improvements, with greater attention to cleanliness. The ambiance and size of the rooms are good. The grounds are spacious and comfortable.

Stopped by here during my kids' school holidays, but it fell on a weekday because it was still a working day. The hotel is poorly maintained, the large swimming pool is green with moss, the hot tub is not functioning. Coincidentally, the room was even plastered with the name of someone who had an event the next day. The hotel shouldn't be like that, waiting for us to check out before plastering it. And sorry, the room door was labeled with a cross, even though we weren't participants. I've been here once. Even the play facilities are all broken. Please fix this, the hotel is making my stay uncomfortable. Thank you.

It's a shame there isn't a restaurant.

I stayed in rooms 137 and 138, the room was very humid, the lights were a bit dim, the windows were just for display, when opened the curtains were blurred because of fungus on the glass. Got a price of 200 per room during the weekend. oh yeah, there is no wifi facility.
