The hotel is near the city center and has a pretty relaxing bathtub.

The staff were lovely. There are many food and coffee shops around the hotel. It's close to the beach and in the city center, making it convenient for getting around. The hotel's facilities are a bit run-down (floors, cabinets, etc.), and the fans are covered in dust, as shown in my photos. The room was clean; during my two nights there, the staff cleaned the room themselves and changed the trash bags.

I'm from Hue and have been to Da Nang many times, but this is the first time I've had such a complete and wonderful experience. I'm sharing this so the travel community has a new, safe, and clean place to stay that won't affect the overall experience. The hotel has the following advantages: + Regarding the owner and staff: I haven't met the owner yet, but the staff are extremely polite and enthusiastic. The hotel has an underground parking garage and even has staff to watch and arrange parking. + Regarding the location: It's located in Hai Chau, in the city center, about 10 minutes from the Dragon Bridge, Han River Bridge, and Love Bridge. There's a very chill cafe right on the ground floor. + Regarding safety and order: The hotel was fully booked when I arrived, but it was very quiet, safe, and orderly. Next time, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit far from the beach, but they offer motorbike rentals on-site by the day.

1. The TV in the room is broken and unusable (it's only for decoration). 2. The bathroom is damp and smells bad. 3. There is no laundry service available for guests staying for extended periods during Tet (Lunar New Year). 4. The price is too high compared to the room quality (over 800k VND).

The toilet, bed linens, and air conditioner are very old; the toilet is broken, stained yellow, the water pressure is weak, and the TV is old and doesn't work.
