Thank you for your review of the hotel. The room type you booked is a standard room, with only a hallway window. You requested to change to a room with a window. We have upgraded it for you for free, so this room type will not be the same as the photo of the room you booked. If you are not satisfied with your stay, you can notify us to fix it, but you did not do that. About: air conditioner: there is a silent mode on the remote control to stop the noise. The toilet was clogged because your family put things in and did not flush, but you can notify us to fix it very quickly. We will replace the blankets and sheets completely when the guest checks out. If you are not satisfied, you can notify us to change them. Hope to serve you better next time.

Thank you for your review of the hotel. I checked your room, the refrigerator was flickering because the power cord at the back was loose, mine has already plugged it back in. As for hot and cold water, we use solar energy on the roof to go down, so it will take a little while to arrive. The room is damp because it has just gone through the cold season, the air conditioner is dusty and we have cleaned the entire air conditioner. Hope the next time will serve you better.
