The room wasn't very clean. If they were, they could probably pay more attention. The floor was also still dirty. The AC wasn't cooling for a while, and we had to wait about two hours before we got a new room. But the main issue is that it wasn't very clean; more attention should be paid.

The air conditioning in the room also leaked, which is a shame, considering the location is quite good. I don't think I'd want to return. Sorry.

A great hotel, close to Bogor station. I stayed here for two days to visit and hang out with relatives. It was a truly worthwhile experience. The price is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended if you're planning a stopover in Bogor.

The only little disappointment was that the swimming pool was closed in the afternoon due to a wedding event. I was looking forward to having a swim that afternoon, so unfortunately I missed the chance. I completely understand that events like this happen, but hopefully guests can be informed beforehand when certain facilities will be unavailable. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

The mattresses need updating. My WiFi didn't work. It's on the 3rd floor. The hotel's ambiance, with carvings in every corner, is a hallmark. I'm giving it all 5 stars for the friendliness.

The hotel staff was very friendly and always ready to help. I had already checked out and was heading to the airport, but it was still five hours away. I left my luggage and waited in the lobby for a while, but they still provided excellent service. Oh, and one more thing: my child accidentally broke the shower faucet, and the technician said it was okay and would fix it. Absolutely the best! 👍

The location is strategic. It's within walking distance of Bogor Station, close to KRB and BTM, and has plenty of eateries nearby. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean, but the air conditioning isn't cold enough.
