I booked a room with balcony and a double bed and I fully paid for it before I went to the hotel but they said it's fully booked and they have to transfer me to their cheaper hotel closer to the airport. I was so shocked to see my room. Single bed with a small space, no balcony, dirty toilet, not so friendly staffs and too noisy outside(people are walking and shouting). I couldn't even sleep well. I expect a lot from their hotel. It just happened that I have no more choice because it's high season and I have to catch my flight too. When I am about to leave, there are no receptionist/staff to leave my key and even talk to them for some reasons. I was so pissed off that day. Well, thanks for that single night with you.
