The villa is clean, quiet and comfortable, although it's a bit creepy at night because the room is at the end and next to an empty room that is being renovated.

Clean and tidy, the location is close to everything, shopping centers, walking and tourist attractions are also close, easy access to the location

I intended to choose this hotel because of the swimming pool, but when I got there the pool was dirty and mossy. I complained but there was no response.

overall it's good 8/10 only minus in my room is quite small with the price of 420 thousand during the weekday Eid holiday, the water heater is unstable, the drink heater lid is broken, there is no toothbrush, others are okay, better look for a cheap price when staying here

The pool is clean, the staff is friendly. If you go to Batu, stay here, it's pretty good and cheap.

The location of the villa is in a small road, before the Batu market. Limited car parking. The room we occupied was spacious, big bed, there was a smart TV. Stay 3d 2 n we got chicken soto, rawon and toast for breakfast

The villa atmosphere is unique, there is a swimming pool, a nice garden, close to tourist destinations in Batu City such as Jatim Park 1.

Simple but cozy near market and the room is clean.

The rooms are nice and clean but the location is sometimes confusing. I've stayed here 3 times but still enter the wrong alley. Overall very recommended 👍🏻.
