not disappointing staying here

There are three bedrooms, a kitchen, a private pool, and a family room. The kitchen is fully equipped and there's a refrigerator. Since the weather is cool here, there's no need for air conditioning.

This is the second time staying at Villa 25, actually it's okay, just a suggestion, breakfast should be delivered at 7, cooked breakfast is only delivered at 9, that was after asking, and also the gas stove was also out so we were hungry, waiting for the gas was quite long again..

2 days here, friendly staff, spacious place can accommodate more than 12 people, get breakfast, large swimming pool, close to Kusuma Argo, lots of mosquitoes and flies, no equipment for grilling, fast wifi, parking for 2 cars is a bit narrow, noisy neighbors on the right and left can be heard singing karaoke and cheering,… villa number 22, there is no mountain view like in the photo,… if you want a mountain view, take number 17 / 27

The location of the villa is in Batu a bit higher, so no need for AC, it's already cold. There is 1 room downstairs with an en-suite bathroom and 2 rooms upstairs, outside bathrooms. The swimming pool is quite large, clean. There are also many people selling in the villa area. My family and I enjoyed our vacation at Villa Cendana 🥰

Check in was a bit late from the owner, but the service was good. And the house is indeed comfortable.

OK, the location is easy to access next to the transportation museum, lots of food passing by so you don't need to leave the villa, the villa is comfortable and clean, just without air conditioning.

Not oke … …. Yang pasti cukup sekali aja. Semoga ada perbaikan utk kedepan nya.

Stay for 2 nights, comfortable 1 floor villa suitable for seniors who don't need to climb stairs, swimming pool is also clean. Amenities such as towels, house slippers and soap are also complete in each room. It's just that there are a lot of flies flying around in the house (more than 20) and it hasn't decreased even though there is no rubbish lying around, everything is covered. Please pay more attention to these flies because they are already at the annoying stage and are also unsightly.

Entah saya yang apes apa gimana. Check in jam 2, tapi saat datang masih ada perbaikan water heater kamar mandi depan. Tukang reparasi mondar mandir sampai hampir jam 4 sore sangat mengganggu kenyamanan. Lalu air kamar mandi dalam juga kecil nyaris nggak bisa dipakai mandi. Sudah diperbaiki tapi ternyata tetap begitu. Mau mandi susah & mandi jadi lama banget mengingat airnya cuma mengalir kecil. Lalu handle pintu sisi dalam kamar mandi & kamar rusak. Dudukan kloset kamar mandi depan hitam kotor sampai jijik mau pakainya. Rasanya dengan harga nyaris 2 juta per malam, tidak sepantasnya kualitas villa yang diberikan seperti ini. Lalu TV bisa untuk play netflix tapi ternyata suaranya nggak bisa keluar. Jadi hanya bisa play movies dengan subtittles. Lalu sebelum check in saya konfirmasi apa ada grill pan & korek, katanya ga ada. Lalu saya beli sendiri tapi setelah cek kitchennya ternyata di lokasi ada. Air kolam too much chemical. Sangat pedih di mata. Definitely wouldn't come back.

So far everything is perfect. Went there 2x, first they said the doormat was lacking, secondly they said they broke the glass and tore up the sofa. But I clearly remember that it was already torn. In and out we are accompanied by staff and checked, not just going in and out. Enough 2x. We staycation going home and not fresh but thinking.

Sangat puas dengan pelayanan villa ini, bersih dan fasilitas lumayan lengkap, gak bingung cari makan soalnya banyak pedagang yang lewat depan villa. Untuk kekurangannya minor sih kayak tempat sampahnya terbatas, selebihnya recommended lah.

Accommodation as shown. Clean rooms, clean pool. Complete equipment available. There were only 2 drawbacks, namely there were a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom so we had to buy insect spray and 1 gas stove stove didn't work so the cooking process took a long time because only a small stove worked. Overall it was very pleasant staying at this unit, especially at dawn the sight of Mount Arjuna was extraordinary.

The villa is very comfortable, spacious and clean according to the photos in the ad gallery, making you feel at home and very comfortable for a large family.
