Late giving check in information, wait until last minute then call the picture then just let us know how to check in. Say have parking place but next day suddenly give the parking lot to other customer and let me park at other resident house, when asking why just say customer come then give customer, then how about me? Not customer or we not pay the room? Bad experience.

Really comfortable, calm atmosphere, friendly staff and owners, only 3 minutes to Gurney Plaza. I'll be back to ibook gurney suites soon

The hotel staff named Kak Yeni is very friendly, kind and very helpful for the check in and check out process and also when we want to know something we can also ask this Kak. Thank you Kak🥰 also hopefully the hotel will be more successful and even better. Amen

The rooms are very nice. And the owner is very kind.

I like the location of the inn because it is close to the mall, the room is pretty clean but according to the staff according to the staff to clean the room twice a day, this is in my opinion should not be appropriate every day and requested by us, and towels sometimes smell good and sometimes smell, Because we stay here for 7 days and 6 nights, other things until we ask for the soap is not filled again. Regarding the room that was requested from the beginning that I want the ground floor or the ground floor but until we complain it will be given according to our request, What they originally wanted was for us upstairs. Hopefully this entry can be fixed and useful for all the people who are staying here, thank you.

good location for shopping, clean room, flexibility

I will recommend it to everyone because this the best home stay with family and I'm so happy when they upgrade my room to the biggest one. and every room so clean, and it's strategic because it's near with plaza gurney, and only 4 mins far from gurney Drive food court

For a long stay and bring a large family, it is not suitable because there is no rice cooker and washing machine.

The price to be adjusted is relatively expensive for medical purposes.

The room looks exactly like in the photos. Very convenience and walking distance to mall and hawker stall.

The room I stayed was a floor extension which was quite spacious, comfortable, private and had a balcony. What I didn't like with this room was that the (private) bathroom was outside (next to balcony). But I think such room only one in iBook. Location was great, not far from Gurney Plaza, the famous Gurney Food Complex and convenient store.

It is nearly from gurney plaza. The room is very big, clean, cozy, comfortable. But there are not a receptionist for check in. You have to call to owner for check in.

Clean, comfortable and great homestay. Easier going everywhere... Easier to find out Grab and taxi. Very recommended.
