On the first day, room is not clean, sand all over the floor and there was oily stain on glasses with no replacement with new one or clean it again when asking for it. Also, no tag/sign "make up room/do not disturb" to hang on the door, you have to tell the staff directly, if you don't, they won't clean the room, give you new bottles of water, or anything and you get disturb every morning by the staffs and guests in the hall way and upstairs. (room wall, floor is very thin, cannot block any sound) breakfast is less variety, poor quality and taste. Pool is very dirty, cloudy water which when you look carefully there is small particle/sediment all floating freely in the water. No smell of chlorine or salty taste at all.(accidentally swallow small amount of water) only one impression is all the staffs are nice and willing to help.
