I was really fascinated with the hotel's hospitality. I want to thank you to the old man (maybe the owner) when we arrived at Sapa 04.00 AM, the old man immediately helped us to our room and we got our room in the morning, imagine which hotel was able to do that? I think this is the only one best service I have ever had. I also want to thank the other staff whom were really friendly to us and serviced great breakfast during our stay. Can you imagine that I only booked for 1 night in this hotel, after that I decided to extend one more night because I love this city and the hotel was really comfy as well. Sure I will come back again to this city and Freesia Hotel. Thank you so much.

Nice room near places to visit, will visit again if I have the chance

Enthusiastic staff in accepting luggage storage and consulting, buying cable car tickets, renting motorbikes for guests. Swimming pool is outside the hotel, tempered glass at the coffee shop has 2 broken ones. Sapa is not the season to go, so it's okay. I feel empty. The hotel doesn't look as sparkling as in the photo 🥲 but in return the staff are very enthusiastic

I stayed for two nights in Freesia Hotel. The first reason I picked this hotel is the location is near the bus stop from Hanoi. In fact, this location is also located near Sapa Lake and a 5-minute walk to Sapa City Center. Everything was good. The room is spacious, supplementary is complete, and they even provided us with a hair dryer. Staff were helpful, too.

Sangat memuaskan, staf sangat ramah, makanan hotel enak dan bervariasi.

Staf begitu friendly dan welcome. Hotelnya bersih dan nyaman. Kami sampai disapa jam 5 pagi, tetapi bisa langsung check in karena resepsionis 24 jam dan itu sangat membantu sekali. Tempatnya juga tidak jauh dari titik kumpul sleeper bus.

Location is not so far from Sapa Market. Htl is good especially staff is so kind to let us c in earlier. I'm so glad. Jan is winter season, so rainy and foggy always exist. Not to do much activities to explore.
