Good location right in the old town, but the room soundproofing is a bit poor, breakfast place has to go outside the hotel into the old town

Damp room, dirty floor, dark toilet light, extremely poor soundproofing. Was sleeping at 12am but had to wake up because the rooms next door were having a birthday party, screaming loudly.

Hotel right in the old town. Convenient location for traveling and entertainment. However, the soundproofing is extremely poor. Couldn't sleep because the upstairs was dragging things around like they were practicing. The hallway was noisy, just a knock on the door next door sounded like a knock on my room.

When I checked in, the hotel said it was an error that the hotel did not receive my check-in code, and said that the IT error took a long time to fix, so I was afraid.
