Excellent and satisfying service. We were greeted warmly from the moment we entered. The front desk staff, Kak Tri, was always friendly and provided the best service. When I discovered the pool water was warm (really warm), I didn't hesitate to take my kids in for a long time. The kids really loved the pool, the best! Last but not least, the excellent service from Kak Reza, who was prompt and always greeted me politely. Breakfast was delicious with many variations, and the restaurant staff were top-notch and so kind!
