I ordered the wrong date, but I realized it when I received a notification not long after payment. But I couldn't get a refund or change the date. So, I never checked in.

Super excellent. I booked for my husband and mother-in-law. We stayed there for two nights. On the first day, my mother-in-law fell ill and needed to be taken to the hospital. The hotel staff, from the security guard to the staff, were very caring. They helped book an ambulance and contact a hospital that happened to be close to the hotel. We are very grateful to the hotel for their extraordinary service to my mother-in-law. The food was varied and my husband found it delicious. Thank you again, Hotel Pop. May it continue to be successful and have a high occupancy rate.

I have stayed here many times, the reception staff are very friendly, especially Ms. Wendy.

I've stayed here twice. Overall, as someone who often stays at pop hotels, it's clean, comfortable, and the parking is easy to access. The only problem is the same, both times I've stayed there, the card always has problems when entering room 702. After going upstairs, I have to go down again to get the card fixed. Other than that, everything is good, because the service is quite fast.
