We only stayed here one night, and the staff responded promptly when we informed them we would be checking in late. The room was clean, tidy, and quite spacious. The bathroom was also clean, with hot water flowing smoothly. It's worth the price. Parking is quite spacious. Please maintain the cleanliness.

Stayed overnight at Amin Jaya Homestay on November 8-9, 2025, and honestly, this is one of the homestays that makes you feel at home. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted warmly by the staff, the check-in process is fast and hassle-free. The room is very clean, smells good, and the atmosphere is calm. There is AC, hot water, and smooth Wi-Fi, so it is very nice to rest after a long day of traveling. The parking area is also safe and quite spacious. What I like most is the atmosphere really feels like home. There is a cool outdoor seating area, you can hang out while drinking coffee or open your laptop for a while. The staff is also very responsive. The location is strategic, close to everything and easy to find food around there. For that price, I think it is very worth it with the facilities and service. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay here. If I come to this area again, I will definitely come back to Amin Jaya Homestay again. 👍

First time staying here. The concept of lodging is like a daily boarding house. The parking area for cars and motorbikes is very spacious. There is security. There are also 24-hour officers. With that price, you can get a room with AC, wifi, water heater, TV and towels. The location is also strategic so it's close to everywhere. Next time I go to Kediri again, I will stay here again.

The location is near Kediri station, the room is spacious for that price, the AC is great, the hot water is smooth. It turns out that I also stayed here last year, it seems like I'll be here again next year.
