Okay. Not bad for that price, only get it at L. 2 is a bit creepy but okay. The sink is a bit dirty, quite crusty. Hopefully better future.

I know that seeing the price I can't expect much though. But at that level of price I still expect they provide towel for the guests, which I didn't have. Bathroom cleanliness need to be improved, good thing is I found no cockroach.

For the room it is quite good with the price, for the drawbacks there is no toothbrush & shampoo and shower sometimes the water is a bit jammed.

Bathroom water doesn't flow, lots of ants in the room and dirty sheets.

The receptionist is very help full, friendly too. Close to culinary, near gelato, clean rooms, unfortunately there is no aminitis. Everything else is ok. Wifi is also smooth.

Enough for transit when arriving at dawn from the station. The location is close, can be reached on foot. Quick check-in. The rooms are quite clean, there is warm water. Towels were only given 1 piece, got bath soap, no shampoo or toothbrush/toothpaste. Cold AC.

Pros: close to everywhere, right in the old town, there is a busy cafe downstairs, the place is spacious, wifi, and hot water, towels, bed linen and blankets are clean and don't smell bad. Weaknesses: the room divider is only gypsum so you can hear when you talk between rooms, there are cockroaches, the bathroom is a bit dirty and rusty. The sink is leaking, the door lock is difficult.

The location is strategic in the Semarang Old Town and can be reached by walking from Semarang Tawang train station. The building is a little bit old and may need some renovation to improve the comfort of the room, but for myself it is still OK considering the relatively cheap price.

According to the budget, quite comfortable for just transit.

Sorry to put only 1 star. Kondisi kamar enggak sesuai dengan yang di foto, saya baru masuk, aroma kamar mandi enggak sedap, kamar lembap. Baru check in beberapa jam, saya langsung check out. Lebih baik rugi Rp100rb-an daripada bertahan di kamar yang lembap. I can't tolerate the toilet, please renew the building.
