Very satisfied and happy to stay at Myko. 2nd time celebrating New Year here. I stayed with my family by booking 2 rooms for 2 nights. Requested connecting rooms. Initially disappointed that the connecting room was unavailable, but I was grateful that the hotel upgraded one of the rooms to a junior suite room and adjoined... so I could still control the children... and because I booked on the app and knew I would definitely arrive late, I wrote a special request on the app to have my lunch packed so I could eat in the fitting room so it wouldn't be difficult to find food and thank God the hotel also paid attention to that. Thank you Myko... For accommodating the special request on the app that I listed. Hopefully I can stay here again.

I think my stay at Myko was quite good overall. Compared with other five-star hotels in Makassar, Myko has two clear advantages: direct access to the mall and an in-room jacuzzi. That said, there are a few areas to improve: (1) The hotel feels a bit dated, although it’s generally well maintained. Some wall wallpapers are peeling, and several pillows and blankets had visible spots/stains. (2) The bathroom TV was not working. (3) Breakfast variety could be improved, it lags behind Bonvoy properties in the same class and the food tended to be cold, so I had to remind the staff to turn on the buffet warmers.

The location is very strategic and most importantly you can get food 3 times…😁

Everything is good except the WiFi, it can't be used. I was in room 816 yesterday.

Our first staycation here, after so many hotels, our family finally chose Myko Hotel for our staycation and it was worth it... It was very enjoyable, the hotel has easy access to the mall, the food is delicious, the facilities and service are excellent. The only downside is there are mosquitoes, but it's okay.

Very good for family vacation

My child was very happy staying here, I booked a family room, the room was spacious, clean, there were toys and welcome snacks. The only drawback of the room was that there was no window and in the future, for family rooms, don't just give 1 small bottle of shower gel. Even though there were five of us. We were able to eat at the restaurant 3 times, breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 3 people where the food was delicious and the menu was extensive. The service at the reception during check-in and check-out was fast. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at Myko.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, and the staff is friendly. Easy access to the mall. Hopefully, I can come back.
