The hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the views were beautiful, and there were plenty of activities for kids. The hotel is actually very kid-friendly, with a huge area to explore. The only thing I regret is the breakfast. I imagined breakfast at a hotel would be a buffet. But yesterday, when I was there, it was à la carte. I ordered the four-piece breakfast because I was bringing my two young children. Usually, my children eat cereal and pastries for breakfast, not a full meal. But yesterday, I was surprised because the food was served directly to the table. There were no choices. And we weren't informed beforehand that breakfast was à la carte. But otherwise, the hotel was great, clean, and very kid-friendly.

Overall, it was okay. The downsides were that the room didn't have a refrigerator, and the Wi-Fi was intermittent and often wouldn't connect. The room was spacious.

Overall, it's okay. A small suggestion is to add child-friendly amenities to the bathroom (a climbing frame to access the toilet). This could be offered during booking or check-in.

This is my second time staying at Transformer, and I'm always satisfied, and my kids love the Kamping Kidz. There's also a very entertaining show on Saturday nights.

There was one staff member who was a bit fierce, hehehehe... The soundproofing in the room wasn't good... You could hear sounds from other rooms. The family room was great for three people.
