Check-in was quick. Parking was limited, but the staff assisted with valet parking. The room was infested with mites and fleas (photos and video attached). The only solution was to spray Baygon, which made it impossible to sleep due to the aerosol smell, and the mites were everywhere. Breakfast was very limited and mediocre. Check-out was easy.

sorry, the room has lots of cockroaches and lots of dust

I stayed at the Grand Orchid Yogyakarta hotel for only one night, but I found the experience less than satisfactory. The room was a bit damp, there were several cockroaches in the bathroom, and the sink faucet was loose/wobbly. I happened to have a view of the neighboring building, which had a small, dusty balcony where the outdoor AC was kept, making it noisy and uncomfortable. The Wi-Fi was poor. Parking was minimal; the hotel staff recommended using a valet, but I didn't like it because I saw several hotel staff driving customers' cars quite fast, which I found unsightly. That concludes my review. Thank you.

Not bad. The service is good, I requested a high floor and connecting room and they accommodated it. The breakfast is varied and quite tasty. The room is comfortable, although a bit small, but it's good enough. I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, and it was fine. However, I did find a stain on the bedcover. As for cleanliness, it's... not bad, but it still needs improvement. But overall, it's very good.

Have stayed here several times, always a pleasure.

I've been a regular guest for several years. It's a great alternative hotel when visiting Yogyakarta, thanks to its strategic location.

The room is comfortable, the hotel staff is friendly... the service is fast, the security is very helpful.

Vehicle parking is limited, even motorbike parking has to be done through a narrow alley.

The facilities are pleasant, but the breakfast menu at the restaurant is not very varied...
