The room I booked on booking described 1 double bed, I booked a month in advance, before the day of arrival I called to confirm but when I checked in the hotel said the room type I booked was full so they gave me a room with 2 beds. I went up to see the room and did not agree, then the hotel housekeeping staff asked me how much I booked the room for? Converted to money, why is it so cheap but if I want to change, I have to chart an additional 800k fee, I did not agree and reported to traveloka right away. From that moment on I was very upset with the attitude of this housekeeping staff because of her poor customer service attitude, then I was resolved to have 1 double bed room and 1 room with 2 single beds. The room quality is extremely bad as you can see I took pictures here, I guarantee that everything I took is real and there is no arrangement, the room door is broken and can't be opened with a card, the faucet is broken, the toilet is dirty and covered with stains, the toothbrush cup still has old toothpaste on it,... in general, the experience of staying and using the service here is extremely bad. Yesterday (February 1, 2025), I requested to clean the room at 2:30 pm for a twin-bed room. After going out, I came back around 6:30 pm and opened the door to check but it was still not cleaned. I went down to ask the receptionist and she answered properly but the maid started talking with a very bad attitude towards the customer, blaming me for asking late so now it's time to go home and it hasn't been cleaned and said "No need to beg, now even if you beg, it won't be cleaned". The staff told me to go to the room and she would handle it but it still took a long time after that and it still wasn't cleaned for me. At 8:00 pm, when I went out, the receptionist had to go up and clean it herself, which was very pitiful. I feel like the maid looks down on the customer. No matter how much money the customer pays, they are still customers and as a service provider, she must have a respectful attitude towards the customer and most importantly, when she is in charge, if she still argues back, it's very bad. The hotel should review the hotel service, room quality and most importantly this weird housekeeping staff to improve the quality!!! Not coming back!
