Located near to alor and bukit bintang. Owner Mr Wallace really helpfully, so friendly and hospitality. If you visit kuala lumpur highly recommend to stay in here.

Nice place,good facility,strategic location, near pudu sentral which is bus transportation to genting highland.. and another place. Mr wallace very kind and helpful host.easy to chat with him, just one thing maybe sofa just need to improve. overall love this residence..surely want to go back. Thanks Mr Wallace

Mr Wallace & Mizan was very nice. I leave my bagage before check in time. the apartment feels like home, near jalan alor & just walking to Berjaya Time Square & Pudu Sentral around 10 minutes. there was a detergent and you can back to home with clean clothes. no deposit & tourist tax. surely i'll come again.

apartment unit that is complete and very helpful for those traveling with family because we can wash clothes and cook, we are in KL 4 days 3 nights ... the location is strategic, going anywhere is easy, order grab 24 hours ready to pick up at the lobby, central pudu terminal close to transportation to Genting or to the airport, cheap, take a bus and the station Hang Tuah is also close ... is recommended !!! thanks a lot to wallace for good communication and help direct to arrange our family travel time .. next time we will be back and contact you again wallace .. greetings ...

Vacation with family with children, the place is very comfortable, the cleanliness is okay, the facilities are okay (kitchen utensils, toiletries), (and clean towels) when walking to the monorail station is quite far, we are more effective using grab, view if the tower, Process Check-in is very easy because the owner (Mr Wallace) gives detailed and clear instructions. Thank you.

Awesome place to stay, I really like the view, it's obviously o place to stay while you travel with your family or your loved one, and the owner are very helpful... Both of my daughters really love it.. Best lah.... hahaha

Check-in time is waiting for 1 hour before entering, before it has been confirmed and okay. the apartment is clean, so far its okay, it's just that the bathroom is a bit down. So it is rather difficult for parents if you want the bathroom (not flat with the bathroom position) a bit far if you want to go anywhere because it is located on the road. Alor, not in the star hill.

Victoria, we're sorry to have to wait 1 hour, but as mentioned, the standard check-in time is 3pm. In the message you are requesting, it is 12pm check-out time, not 12pm check-in. We have tried our best to help you prepare the room as early as possible and to help with your luggage storage first. If the rating is low because you have to wait for the check-in time, we apologize, all the hardship is regret, but this is not a standard procedure. The location is close to Bukit Bintang as it is located just across Alor Road. We are always ready to answer questions and help if possible, so we hope your experience here is still comfortable even though the check-in is early rather than 12pm. Thank you Victoria.

The place is really cozy and really close to Jalan Alor which helps us a lot in terms of finding local taste of food. surely will come again during our next visit!

A pleasant place to stay with my family, full kitchen equipment, washing machine and dryer, so that I who bring toddlers do not worry about lack of clean clothes. Mr Wallace was also very helpful, we were contacted from the beginning before check-in and were very clearly guided, as was the check-out. Thank you Mr. Wallace

I really enjoyed my vacation this time to KL. For one thing, it can be suitable apartments for holidays with family and friends. I had a reservation at the Swiss Garden Residence but for some reason, finally offered to move to Robertson Residence. New apartment in the class of a star hotel! Pool and fitness center is very luxurious, the view was very extraordinary. Highly recommended for those of you who are on vacation with family / friends, in the washing machine available, cooking utensils, sofa beds, and others. Anyway, this holiday is perfect.
