Quiet and comfortable, close to the mall.

It's an awesome experience. They don’t have laundry and a restaurant in the hotel, but it's very close to a laundry place, restaurant, and mall, so it's not an issue. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Bintaro. I will definitely go back to Astera hotel when I visit Bintaro! Thank you, Astera!

This hotel could be better. In the room I stayed in, the sheets and blanket were dirty, the bathroom had no hangers, there were cockroaches inside, and the toilet was dusty from years of neglect. Luckily, we were only staying one night.

The water pressure on the 6th floor is very slow, making it difficult to take a comfortable and satisfying shower. If possible, the smoking floor should also be freshened up so it doesn't smell so strongly of cigarette smoke when you first enter.
