Overall, it was a great stay. There are three pool options, beach access, and a beachside restaurant. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a bit lackluster and rather basic.

A perfect and memorable family vacation at Tijili Benoa! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family's stay at Tijili Benoa truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hotel's stylish, unique, and family-friendly atmosphere warmly welcomed us. As parents, one of the biggest plus points of this hotel is its incredibly kid-friendly facilities. The kids were completely at home and happy during their stay, allowing us parents to relax and enjoy quality time without worry. Another thing we loved most was the proximity and easy access to the beach. Just a few leisurely steps away, we could enjoy the sands of Benoa Beach and the beautiful ocean views. Playing in the sand with the kids and enjoying the beach atmosphere was incredibly convenient, without the hassle of transportation. The comfort of the rooms, the responsive and friendly staff, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel truly made our family trip enjoyable. Tijili Benoa made us feel at home throughout our stay. I'll definitely be back for my next family vacation. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, easy beach access, and a kid-friendly atmosphere! Thank you, Tijili Benoa!

Everything was perfect until we had dinner in Warung Bamboo. It was an early dinner around 5:30 PM, but they ran out of king prawns. Then food came one by one, and the last food for my son and my wife was already cold and needed to be reheated.

The hotel is located directly on the beach, offering plenty of activities. The facilities are quite complete, although the rooms and breakfast are rather basic.

In a strategic area, next to the beach. Many activities. At a very reasonable price.

The hotel is very kid-friendly, comfortable, clean, and has direct access to the beach at the back. The front entrance is a bit hidden because I found the Tijili logo to be unclear. But overall, my experience here was very pleasant. I might want to return with friends or family on another vacation. Thank you.

Overall, the stay was acceptable, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations for the price and beachfront positioning. Some areas that could be improved: The Wi-Fi was very unstable throughout my stay. My IM3 mobile signal also had almost no reception in the room, making it difficult to stay connected. Late check-out was not flexible. An additional one-hour extension was immediately charged Rp100,000, which felt rather inflexible. An extra blanket was available but required immediate payment, even on the first night of our stay. A little more hospitality would have been appreciated. Espresso was served without water. In most hotels, a small glass of water is standard. Water was only provided after I requested it. The room doors are very heavy and close loudly, causing frequent banging noises. Sound insulation could be improved. Noise from the corridor and children playing near the balcony was clearly audible inside the room. The sliding glass door to the balcony felt quite heavy and potentially unsafe to operate. The hot water took a long time to heat up and never became particularly warm. The minibar refrigerator was not cold enough to properly chill drinks. While the beachfront location is beautiful, I found the overall service and room comfort to be below expectations. In comparison, I have experienced better service and facilities at less expensive hotels in Kuta. I hope these points can be considered as constructive feedback to improve the guest experience in the future.

The hotel is clean, beautiful, and quiet, making for a comfortable stay. It's perfect for children, with plenty of play areas and a pool. The only downside is the breakfast, which lacks variety and isn't very tasty.

I was initially underrated because the price was relatively cheap for a hotel in the Nusa Dua area with direct beach access. The entrance was small, and the hotel sign wasn't very visible from the street. But once inside, the hotel was spacious and very clean. We happened to arrive early and asked to have breakfast on the day I checked in, and they allowed it. Thank you 🤗 I was amazed because the breakfast looked ordinary, but it was delicious 🥹 The omelet was perfect, the fried rice was fragrant, and the chicken karage had all the spices, not bland 🥹 It didn't stop there. The toiletries, like soap, shampoo, and conditioner, were all "Sensatia." Wow, this hotel is amazing 😍

This is my second time staying at this hotel, but yesterday, when it was very busy, I got a room on the upper floors. I asked for a room on the first or second floor, but couldn't because they were all occupied, even though I had booked two weeks in advance. Luckily, I got upgraded to the courtyard, so although the room was a bit damp, I still had the balcony. The phone in the room was broken, so I contacted a technician and it was immediately replaced. There's no Netflix; you have to register using your own account. It seems like a lot of the staff has changed. When I stayed here, the hotel was called Tijili, then Ikosharold, and now it's back to Tijili. The staff are helpful, but their friendliness needs to be improved. The staff used to always greet guests every time they passed. The cleanliness is good. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Breakfast has improved; the menu now changes daily and there are plenty of choices. Welcome drinks are no longer served on the beach, but are served in the lobby.

It's really worth it, just check the breakfast food again because many of them are bland.
