Very friendly and kind employees, clean and comfortable rooms, strategic location easy to use public transportation. Spacious front area of the hotel and there is a laundry next to the hotel. Very comfortable. Will repeat again at Cozy Hotel KL Central.

Best location for tourists that are travelling around the city, just 3-5 minutes walk to the train station that is a hub to every corner of KL (and also train from airport). Many halal food options nearby and open 24/7.

Strategic location right in front of Nu Mall. Walk down the escalator to the left, and it's easy to find. There's a laundry machine next to the hotel. Super fast and friendly service, clean rooms, and most importantly, no odor, and a standard, affordable price. The best, definitely coming back again.

Very, very comfortable. This was my first stay at this hotel. The staff were all friendly and kind. The Wi-Fi was fast. The room was spacious and clean. Although the room didn't have a window, it was still comfortable and not stuffy. Highly recommended. 👍
