We arrived and this hotel basically just told us that they had no rooms for us despite having a reservation and confirmation number, they seemed to be in cahoots with the taxi driver so that the taxi driver could drive us somewhere else and get more money from us. After I made it very clear that we were very tired and that we had traveled from Ubon, the lady finally just gave up and gave us a room... A room that supposedly never existed. I would not recommend this place at all, very shady, and I’ve been living in Thailand for over 8 months now, I’m very familiar with the generosity of Thai people, this place doesn’t have it.
