Stay one night and we had fun and a lovely experience here. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel also completed service with a well and clean building. The room was spacious and comfortable. Will be back soon!

4 stars haven't been rated yet, 3.7 stars, maybe. Got a room with a balcony but the balcony had no lights. The room was not very clean, especially when cleaning the bathroom. I forgot to return the small spoon to the tray. Ordered steak, but it was out of stock. They replaced it, but it tasted like soy sauce, too sweet. Even though it's an aviary, it's not very friendly to stray cats. Provide food and drinks at the back of the hotel to make it seem more friendly to animals. There are not enough tables and chairs on the rooftop, by the way. One more thing, why are guests who bring motorbikes treated differently from those who bring cars? Even though those who bring motorbikes can get more money and we both pay. The price is too expensive in my opinion, getting 900 thousand per night for that kind of service and facilities. But the staff are friendly.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection.

We stayed in a junior flat room. The room was spacious, perfect for a family staycation. It had a stove, microwave, refrigerator, water dispenser, and cooking and dining utensils.

We had a lovely stay and really appreciated the experience.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the baby was greeted by cute birds. Upon entering the room, he was hungry and immediately ordered eggs and potatoes from the Satset restaurant as requested without a tantrum. He then went swimming happily because of the beautiful view. The next day, he had breakfast and was able to feed the birds, rabbits, and squirrels. His older siblings were able to join in painting and taking photos with the animals. This is my second Eid celebration here and I'll be back again.

The hotel is so cute. In the morning, there's a bird feeding activity for the kids, so much fun! The souvenir shop is also cute.

I would love to stay here again. The staff is friendly. We were allowed to check in early and check out at 12:30. We stayed during Ramadan because it was just my husband and I who had sahur. Our child was allowed to eat at breakfast because he didn't join us for sahur. They even offered to bring cake to the room for breakfast. The food is varied. The room is spacious and clean, and the hotel is very kid-friendly too. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would love to come back again 🫶🏻
