Thank God, I've stayed here many times and even got a room upgrade. Thank you All Night N Day. Please increase the number of Happy Day rooms so I can get one every time I stay.

The hotel is easy to reach, close to Soma Mall, in front of it there are also many food courts so you can buy snacks, from the beginning when you check in, you are a little disappointed, we arrived at 2 pm and were told to wait for the room to be cleaned, okay because the check in EMG is at 2 pm, but it was already 2 pm when we asked it was still not ready, finally around 2:15 pm we were informed that the room was ready, for the fun room, the kids liked it, the cleanliness is good, the cleaning staff are also quick when asked for help, the security guard is friendly and can be asked for help lifting things, almost all the curtains are like in the photo and the glass for looking out is dirty, because there is no balcony, the glass should be cleaner because the view is beautiful because you can see Ampera, but it is not clear because the glass is dirty, the food is delicious but if you want to eat in the room or take away, they said you have to inform the day before because it was our first time staying, we didn't know the rules so the staff still allowed it for takeaway bring to the room, the slide is cool if you bring kids they will definitely like the room, especially for the family room, imagine you can get breakfast for 4 people, the room is clean and the bathroom is also clean and functions well, that's all the review overall is good, there are only a few things like the above which are good criticism so that the hotel can be even better 👍

Traveling to Palembang with 3 adults and the right decision to choose the family room type in this hotel. The room is also still quite spacious with a lot of luggage. The location is close to the food court and large supermarkets, making access to food and daily necessities easier. The friendly and accommodating staff made us really enjoy our stay for a few days here. A little disturbed by the sound of live music from the hall behind the hotel. But for us it is still tolerable and the music usually stops before 22.00 Will come back again for sure!
