Staffs are friendly, especially front desk staff Giang and Nhi. Foods in buffet breakfast are excellent with good varieties. Highly recommended and definitely come back again. Overall, it's a 5* facility and services.

Don't be fooled by the term "luxury" of the hotel. It may be "luxury" when it was first built some twenty years ago but not anymore. The hotel is old and lack of proper maintenance and up keep. I used buffet breakfast couple times and foods were awful even though I am not a picky eater. Massage service is highly not recommended, especially for women. The price of the hotel is reasonable but people can find newer and better hotels with the same price around the city. Overall, I rate the hotel as 2* and will not come back for sure.
