The room is very new and new. Quiet and safe. Thinking 3rd person adds 500 (350 futon fee, 150 breakfast fee). 150 breakfast is very expensive because there are only 1 fried egg and 2 slices of ham bread, making 3 that request to add 1 fried egg. No If booking, do not recommend including breakfast. Not worth it.
