The hotel is very comfortable and there are many interesting places nearby that can go ... the staff is efficient ... as well as quick to respond to all customer feedback.

The room is clean and comfortable but abit noisy with people outside talking very loud and cars passing by the building.

The receptionist is rude by investigating your backgrounds and too many personal questions.

Last year and n0w new year, 2020, 2times I book and stay at sunbird hotel. Staff still not friendly, I hope the hotel takes action with a handful of employees who are proud of their customers. For this reason sunbird hotels have long wanted to be in the tourism and business industries.

Hotel staff is ok, location is best near grocery store, bank, watson. Her room is ok, too.

Receptionist not friendly. No electric supply in day time (2-3pm). Room just ok.. toilet also ok.. worth with the price.. just suggest management to put friendly receptionist.. because receptionist is first impression to the hotel.

Everything is fine..but too much of misquotes inside the room. My dad can’t sleep at night. Next time clean the room first before give to customer. Don’t do this thing next time

The accommodation has a good location but the service is bad. Book a deluxe room with 2 single bed but was given a room with queen bed. Requested for a change but the receptionist said there's no room available but I heard her telling a walk in customer there's a 2 single bed room available. The receptionist also very rudely telling us that there's nothing she can do either we take it or leave it.

Good but car parking is problem.

For the price that I paid it felt very expensive. The internet can't, it can only be in the lobbies and there are 3 cockroaches in the room. The bathroom is clean and the service is okay but for the condition of the room I will not stay here again.
