Absolutely nightmare of a stay here. Room was dirtiest I have ever seen in a hotel. Huge brown stain on mattress That was completely worn out with springs coming through. The man in charge at the office was rude to my thai wife. We were lucky that another employee came along and was much nicer and offered us a room in a different building. It was OK but did not have Internet or a fridge. It was only one night and we had plans so excepted it as to save time in finding somewhere else. Definitely would not recommend or return.

เราจองผ่าน App พิจารณาจากรูปโรงแรม จองไว้ 3 ห้องนอน มาถึงสอบถามตรงป้อม หาล๊อบปี้ เพื่อจะเอากุญแจ มีคุณป้าเดินมาและเอากุญแจให้ เลยถามที่จอดรถ แจ้งให้อ้อมไปข้างหลัง (ข้างหลังตรงไหนก็ไม่ทราบนะคะ เลยขับรถมาตามทางวนไปด้านหลังตึก) มันรถจอดเต็ม 1 ฝั่ง อีกฝั่งน่าจะกำลังก่อสร้าง เราจึงโทรสอบถามทางโรมแรมเพื่อจะหาที่จอดรถ หรือพนักงานบริการ ช่วยมาดูสถานที่ให้ด้วย ปลายสายแจ้งว่าหาที่จอดได้เลยแถวนั้น พอดีผมอยู่ข้างนอก เราจึงถามว่า ไม่ทราบว่ามีพนักงานดูแลมั้ยคะ เราต้องการ การบริการที่ดีค่ะ เราถามกำลังพูดสายกับใคร เขาบอกเป็นผู้ดูแล แต่ตอนนี้อยู่ข้างนอก ก็มีปากเสียงเล็กน้อย เราขออนุญาต Comclain นะคะ เชิญเลยครับ ต้องการการบริการที่ดีค่ะ ช่วยดูแลลูกค้าบ้างซักนิดก็ยังดี ที่จอดรถไม่มี เราก็จอดฝั่งก่อสร้างนะคะ ซักพักมีคนเดินมาช่วยดูตรงที่เราจอด จอดไม่ได้นะคับไม่ใช่พื้นที่ของเขา นี่ไงคะ จอดมั่วซี้ซั้วได้ไง น้องเขาน่าจะเป็นเจ้าของไม่แน่ใจค่ะ เขาแจ้งว่าที่โทรคุยคือน้องชาย คุยได้แย่มากค่ะ การบริการแย่ไม่พอ คำพูดไม่รักษาลูกค้า ถ้าได้ไปแถวนั้นอีกที่นี้ก็ไม่เลือกแล้วค่ะ แต่พี่ชายพูดดีนะคะ ต้องขอโทษด้วยนะคะ แต่ขอให้มีการปรับปรุงคุณภาพการเป็นโรงแรมที่ดีค่ะ
