It's great, it's good for the area

The location is very strategic for people who are traveling across Central Sumatra. The room we stayed in was quite clean, only the bathroom had no drain cover. We were forced to cover it with water in a bucket to prevent animals from entering the bathroom from the drain hole.

We stayed Monday 24 June 2024. It turned out that the room was at the back, the room was spacious and quite clean. We got it above expectations, because initially we only hoped to stay overnight to unwind before continuing our journey again the next morning. There is a breakfast of white rice, fried noodles, fried tofu and jam bread, it's good to fill your stomach before continuing the journey.

I was placed in a new building room. The condition of the room is still messy. The strange thing is the position of the outdoor AC fan is above the entrance to the room (the air before entering is hot and noisy). Suggestion: the position of the outdoor AC fan is moved outside the building

The rooms are spacious, the rooms are clean, the food is also delicious.

If in a big city, a class hotel close to the terminal, really ugly. especially the location of the rooms in front, noisy vehicles. food is not delicious.

The hotel is not as good as the photos, the sheets are dusty rough, the bathroom smells. Hopefully in Darmasraya there is a hotel that is renovated, clean and comfortable to live in.

Okay, spacious rooms and incomplete breakfast, that's enough.

The waiter was friendly, the food was delicious, the room was also clean and neat.

The location of the hotel is strategic, around there are Pertamina pumps, restaurants, gift shops, atm, and others. The hotel employees are also friendly, the rooms are clean, neat, there is WiFi, air conditioning, and even get a free breakfast voucher. Breakfast is also delicious. The first experience staying here, there is a unique and interesting view, that is the number of tens birds or even hundreds along the power lines at the edge of the road near the hotel entrance. Yesterday the car was dirty because of the trip, fortunately at the hotel it was able to wash the car too, the parking lot was also wide, no regrets, anyway, the thing is that with a relatively cheap price this facility can be as good as on the Dharmasraya road at the Umega Hotel. The hotel services are less than satisfactory and the services need to be improved.

The hotel is poorly maintained. Especially for breakfast, I got a very bad experience because the food ran out. Have to wait. After waiting, only fried rice + eggs are served.

Standard room, TV has no signal.

Stayed 2 nights on 3-4 dec 2018. advantages: quick check-in, spacious rooms and there is a balcony towards the highway. The hotel is easy to find, complete toiletries (towels, soap, shampoo), toothbrushes, (toothpaste), prayer equipment is provided, WiFi is quite fast especially the front rooms + delicious egg tea shortcomings: the room door can't be on. Day 1 there is only chicken soto rice, tea / coffee. Day 2 there is only white rice, fried noodles, fried eggs, fried tofu, tea / coffee - all breakfast servings are average bland - the receptionist lacks a smile, there are packets of food and rice that is not thrown away for 2 days.

Good hotel location. Clean rooms. But on a limited breakfast menu. No choice. lack of service. Because the position of the room is not clearly shown.

WiFi is not available, only fried rice food, TV location is super weird.

Adequate equipment, towels, soap, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. Want to find food just go ahead. Umega restaurant is across the street. ATM is available. Unfortunately the bathroom stung my nose.
