On October 17th, the officer demanded money because he claimed there were blood stains, as in the video. However, the blood stains at the end, as in the video, were not from us at all. The officer demanded 100,000 Rupiah, even though the blood might have been intentional or from the old sheets. I felt like the officer was taking advantage of me because I was a guest from far away.

This is my second stay here. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the Wi-Fi is fast. It's a comfortable stay. Breakfast is on the top floor, so you can enjoy a view of the Batanghari River. The mall is right in front of it, so if you need anything, it's easy to walk.

Everything was great. I was happy to stay 4 nights at this hotel. Please suggest a discount on windowless rooms if possible. 😊 The front desk service was great, check-in was hassle-free, the hotel atmosphere was comfortable, the food was delicious, especially the pastries. The coffee at breakfast was delicious. 👍 If I go to Jambi again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.
