The room is comfortable and tidy, the AC is cold, there are glasses and a kettle of water, get it on the ground floor only the toilet is a bit smelly, no toothpaste + toothbrush provided, only soap, pillowcases have stains & sheets are starting to turn yellow, if you come from outside the room it smells a bit, I don't know what smell but it doesn't bother you. The wifi was disrupted when you first entered the room, but the staff quickly came after Maghrib and it was okay again. Asked for a room on the top floor but they didn't give it to them, they said it was finished even though they checked in at 3 pm, finally they gave me the first floor, even though it was still midnight there were still people checking in :(

Hi Sis. Previously, thank you for staying at our hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience. For toothpaste & toothbrush, we do not provide it & there is only soap for toiletries. Regarding WiFi, at that time there was a disruption from the provider, and we have also followed up on the trouble that was happening. And for the request for blocking the room, we also apologize because you did not get what you requested because on that day the upper floor rooms were full & they happened to request it earlier than you. For the location, it's actually not very strategic, but if you're looking for a quiet environment, this is perfect 🤩. Check in at 8 pm was still served well and quickly 🤝🏻. For a spacious room, but there's no storage cabinet or wardrobe huhu so sad. Amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste aren't there, there's also no room tissue

The place is good. Not hard to locate or access. It's worth your money, but the place needs a little bit of cleaning and a bit of renovation. It will be better. It will be nicer to stay there.

For that price, you don't get a toothbrush and toothpaste. The staff is okay, the elevator cannot be used after 12 midnight, free parking, there is CCTV and security guard, there are some stains on the bed cover.

The staff is friendly, I feel comfortable while I'm here with the service and facilities provided at a price that is still affordable, next time when visiting this will be one of the places I recommend, for the size of the room is not too big and not too small either, for the cleanliness of the room and toilet is quite clean, the wifi network is smooth maybe for a few TV channels if it can be added more / can be connected to netfik that would be a big plus but again with that price it is more than enough I was very impressed when I stayed here with the comfort provided

For a hotel in the 300 thousand rupiah price range, I think this is a bit underrated. The sheets have lots of stains, there are only 2 TV channels, the towels smell and have rust stains, and there are lots of water stains on the taps. The only advantages are the strategic location, there is lift access even though it is small, there is hot water, and the room has a refrigerator. Oh yeah, the actual condition is very different from the photo =)
