Friendly staff, interesting experience at that time

Quite good, friendly service, food is not tasty

I went there on a weekend, and the service was very poor. The breakfast was sparse and there was no dessert at all. Some of the room lights were out.

Ample parking, just a short walk to the beach, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. Two towels were provided even though the room was for four people. Hot water was excellent. Plenty of TV channels, only local channels. The AC was cool and steady.

I'll stay here again next time in Pangandaran. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and has prompt staff, and is close to the beach. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, choosing a deluxe room.

The only thing that can be said to be okay is the distance from the beach and the large parking lot, the towels are dirty, asked for an ocean view room but was given a parking lot view, the contact couldn't be done, there were cockroaches, a large refrigerator, cold AC and a stable heater that was okay, the breakfast wassalam unripe watermelon, the vermicelli had no taste, there were no amenities whatsoever, on the 2nd day mineral water was not given if you didn't ask, maybe because the rooms were too crowded especially during high season.

The hotel staff is friendly, guests are escorted to their rooms, the rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, parking access is also spacious, there are many vendors in front of the hotel so if you want to buy snacks you don't have to walk far, it's just that the AC is not evenly cold.

Choose the suite type, it turns out to be very spacious, the room is clean and comfortable.

Staying at Uni Beach Hotel was enjoyable

The hotel management is incredibly disappointing, with one housekeeper having to manage 13-15 rooms for one person. It's so cruel... even though there were so many guests. The wooden risbang I slept on broke. The management has been in disarray since the change of ownership.

The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, the staff are friendly, they are also quick to respond to anything, the food is delicious, but it's just not complete 😊

My regular when on holiday with family, always at Uni Beach Hotel.

The hotel is nice, comfortable, but one of the cleaning staff is not very active.

The staff service is quite good.. the parking is spacious and good.. the room is spacious.. However, in room B305, the water from the wall shower and hand shower is always hot.. I tried reporting it to the staff and it was fixed, but it happened again..
