The location is very good, close to the airport and there is a free shuttle, the room is good, the water is good, the only drawback is that the room feels very hot, it seems like the AC is not cold enough... it doesn't feel right.

Ok as a hotel for business trip

The hotel's interior is nice. It's clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. There's an airport shuttle service.

The food is delicious, worth the price. Staying overnight for work is convenient because it's close to the airport.

This is my first time staying here, the hotel is clean, there is a gym too and it is close to the airport.

When checking in, I was given one key, but I asked for another, but I wasn't given access between floors, so it was difficult with the children and grandchildren.

It took hours for the room to cool down. The next day, we deposited 200,000 Rupiah to request another access card so the AC would stay on while we were out, and the room was finally cool in the evening. Other than that, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick, and even though I chose the wrong smoking room, they were able to upgrade to a non-smoking one.

The hotel is located near the Surabaya Airport and the toll road gate, so it has easy access. The restaurant's food also offers a good variety and affordable prices.

The location hotel is flexible and near Airport for those who transit or just early to be near airport. The room is clean and all is complete. The staff is not really helpful at the first. When I do check in the staff just give the key and that’s all. Didn’t explain where is the room floor, where is to go the the lift, what is the wifi username and password and didn’t talk at all except ask the name and identity. Not like others hotel who explain when we are check in. The receptionist is not really nice staff. But when I’m check out I got nice staff who can help me. Please for all staff don’t look at who is check in. Don’t ever never look at the cover of the person. When I ask for going to the airport the staff think I go to Domestic Flight. Even i just use a simple dress or clothes. Serve all the quest like a king or Queen. Because without the quest this hotel will not stand until now. I paid for stay. But I have bad experiences during check in with receptionist staff. I wi not recommend to come back to this hotel for next year vacation. Thank you so much.

The room's air conditioning was outdated, so it wasn't cooling optimally. The hallway air conditioning was missing or turned off, making it extremely stuffy and hot, even at night.
