The bathroom smells musty, the hot water doesn't work, it's dirty, scary because there are often sounds of objects falling, you can't get toiletries or drinking water, the trash cans are only outside the building

Highly not a recommendation to stay at this spooky hotel. In fact, they asked for additional money if they wanted to check in 👎🏾 the main thing is don't stay here.

After paying in full, they are still being asked for money again, repeatedly ordering hotels through the application, only this time there are hotels with problems.

Fo's ladies are really ignorant, I don't know where the room is anyway because I want MCU not because I often go to places like this, it's different with Mr Fo who was driven to the front of the room.

Reception ceweknya super judes, malah tukang anter ke kamarnya baik dan ramah banget. Tau sih penginapan murahm tapi ngeliat front liner nya kayak gitu jadi mikir-mikir untuk balik.

Hotel sih lumayan ruangannya luas dan halaman parkir luas. Memang bangunan agak tua sih. Tapi ok lah sesuai harga. Oya kalau menginap di sini bawa handuk sendiri karena tidak disediakan handuk. Dan yang bikin kurang puas. Pas check out harus tepat jam 12. Dan saya minta toleransi setengah jam saja nggak bisa. Jika lewat akan di kenakan tarif setengah harga. Sedangkan saya sudah meninginap 4 hari di sana. Jadi saya sangat kecewa dengan kebijakan check out nya. Staf yang bilang begitu langsung kesaya. Sedangkan kami masih ada kegiatan di luar sampai jam 11. Jadi kami harus buru-buru balik hotel dan kemas-kemas agar tidak kena tambahan bayaran yang di kenakan setengah hari. Tolong untuk check out nya diberi kebijakan.

The rooms are not clean and have a bit of a musty smell (smell from the bathroom). The sink is clogged. When you just arrived, towels were not provided. Door handle slightly broken (Room 211). A little suggestion for the staff at the reception to be more thorough in recording the duration of the guests' stay because my order yesterday had a wrong note, which was supposed to stay 2 nights, only 1 night. Please further improve the service. Thank you

The place is quite big, clean, hot water works well. But the blanket doesn't smell good

Hotel staff is not friendly every time they mention booking via app. The room given for purchase on traveloka is definitely the worst room. Somehow. Is there an unfair mechanism from online agents or what. What is definitely a bit uncomfortable at this hotel is the treatment if the booking is made in the application.

Sebenernya dari segi kamar dan lingkungan bagus. Yang sangat mengecewakan adalah pelayanan dari receptionist. Receptionist yang pake kacamata luar biasa juteknya. Saat saya check in menunjukan voucher hotel, saya malah dibentak-dibentak. Tolong pihak manajemen untuk di training ulang lagi receptionist itu.
