Very strategic location on the side of the road, delicious breakfast, all the staff are friendly, the room doesn't have AC because it's cold, the place is very comfortable, only the room is stuffy, there are no air conditioning windows, the lights are not very bright, and the sofa bed is very sore next time, just change it to a regular mattress, overall it's very pleasant to stay here ;)

Overall it's okay, but the TV seems like a mere display in room 102/107 (I forgot), basically it's a corner room. When I checked in, I wasn't given mineral water. I was given it after I WhatsApped them. The next day, I was offered another refill. I got hot water and plain water in a kettle. The decor is aesthetically pleasing. You can just walk to Lembang town square, it's close.

The price is worth it, considering its location in downtown Lembang, access is on the main road, and it's easy to find food. The service is very friendly, especially thanks to Mr. Dafa who helped check in. The process was fast. The atmosphere is very homey, like being at home. The room is 18m2, the bathroom is approximately 1.5 x 2m, with a stable water heater, strong water flow, and a great water jet toilet. The amenities for a room priced at 230,000 Rupiah are already very good. The room has a chair, shoe rack, metal shelf (IKEA), TV, and small table. The mattress is standard, a bit firm, but the comforter and blankets really feel like home. I'm considering staying here. Weaknesses: ⛔️Not soundproof So, it's located on the edge of a main road. Vehicle noise is very audible 98%. Overall: 100% will come back again.

There's also a cafe. The atmosphere is quite comfortable and homey. However, some rooms need to be renovated to make them fresher and nicer. The staff is quite responsive and friendly, and the location is quite strategic. However, it cannot be denied that the facilities and cleanliness are very minimal for the relatively cheap price. Toothbrushes were not provided upon check-in, but only after asking for them. Breakfast was very minimal and not very tasty. In my opinion, it would be better to raise the price slightly but add more breakfast options.

I've stayed at Terra House twice. It's highly recommended for families. It's comfortable, close to tourist attractions. Plus, the breakfast is delicious.

The hotel's location is strategic & easy to find, but the downside is that it's quite noisy at night due to the sound of passing vehicles. The room is cool even without AC, a bit humid but okay. I chose a room for 3 people and it turned out to have a sofa bed, unfortunately the sofa bed was uncomfortable because it was hard. Overall, it's okay & the atmosphere is comfortable like home.
